From Chiang Mai, we took the 750+ turns all the way along the road to Pai. We are not joking when we say there are that amount of turns, the road literally feels like you’ve been thrown into a washing machine and put onto a rinse and spin. Both of us arrived in Pai with a headache, but nonetheless, we were so excited to be there.
We had came across so many people on our travels already who told us that “we had to go to Pai”, famous for its laid back atmosphere, quirky cafes/restaurants, beautiful scenery and of course, it’s unbelievable walking street (more on this later), we couldn’t wait to go already.
